Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management and correspondence.
- Organize and coordinate lunch orders for both departmental and company-wide gatherings.
- Oversee the procurement of company-wide gift cards, branded items, and office snacks.
- Manage scheduling and reservations for conference rooms.
- Assist with the administration of FOB access and Parking Pass Policies.
- Support organizational tasks within the office, especially during remodeling projects.
- Coordinate and execute various departmental initiatives and projects.
- Plan and facilitate company events, such as seasonal parties and team-building activities.
- Ensure departmental initiatives adhere to budget constraints.
- Compile and submit expense receipts to the Accounting department.
- Provide administrative assistance to team members and senior leadership as required.
- Cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the formulation of administrative policies and procedures.
- Assist the Human Resources team with various projects as needed.
- Handle special projects as they arise.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, complemented by excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in vendor communication and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office/Event Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role or a similar capacity; experience in hospitality is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary: \(24.00-\)27.00/hour.
- Standard full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm.
