SPSP, formerly known as Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic, was established in 2008 by the Ministry of Energy, the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training, Saudi Chevron, Saudi Aramco, and Aramco Gulf Operations. SPSP is a non-profit institution that provides training in the energy sector to support Saudization efforts in Saudi Arabia. The institute offers specialized training programs exclusively tailored to the industry’s needs to equip Saudi youth with the necessary skills.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role located in Dammam at SPSP. The Project Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to project management, project engineering, project planning, and electrical engineering to support various energy sector projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus
