Your future team
Our Marketing Operations Team is comprised of people with backgrounds in Program Delivery and Analytics and Marketing strategy. We use program management as a discipline to accomplish the strategy and requirements set forth by our partners in Marketing.
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Programs Associate , reporting to a Sr. Manager of Program Management. You are a graduate with a background or keen interest in Program Management. Here, you’ll implement Marketing programs to solve important needs of our internal and external customers. Scope of programs may span across several strategic areas including business transformation capabilities and process excellence in technical support!

Please note: At this time, this role is only open to entry level candidates with less than a year of professional experience (this does not include internships/co-ops).
Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Learn to manage and deliver projects of moderate scope and successful business outcomes.
- Learn that the art of dependency alignment, escalation, and stakeholder management ensures delivery.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate risk to program success.
- Assist with the marketing team’s strategy execution and vision through internal tools and processes
- Assist in the development of materials (e.g., documentation, recorded walkthroughs) and processes (e.g.,communications strategy) to enable the adoption and enablement of internal delivery framework processes and rigor
Qualifications
More About You
- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters’s in a quantitative discipline (e.g., engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, econometrics, or computer science) and graduating by June 2025
- Experience with the software development lifecycle
- You can demonstrate an understanding of the program lifecycle.
- An understanding of program lifecycles and lean Agile methodology – roadmap planning, building epics, user stories, and backlog.
Compensation

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate’s skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $78,600 – $104,800
Zone B: $70,700 – $94,300
Zone C: $65,200 – $87,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
