What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Draft and upload complaints and amended complaints
- Work closely with Attorney’s to resolve impediments
- Communicate professionally with clients to obtain necessary information
- Manage and prioritize a large workload
- Utilize Microsoft Office products for daily tasks
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel)
- Prior experience in foreclosure processing client systems or law firm/loan processing experience
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and with attention to detail
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of foreclosure experience or Bachelor’s Degree
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 0-2 years of experience in foreclosure processing or customer service in a legal or financial setting
