Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Operations Support to join our dedicated team. Reporting to the Customer Operations Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service and seamless communication, helping to deliver unforgettable adventures for our clients.
Working Monday to Friday, in a hybrid pattern with 2 days a week working in our Century City office. You will work 10:00am – 6:30pm or 11:00am – 7:30pm (reflecting UK time) to support UK clients.

What you’ll do:
- Generating and reviewing all manual customer documentation including invoices, personal details forms, confirmations and final instructions as needed
- Check all reservations which have failed a system audit for potential booking errors or missing information
- Collecting and loading of client personal details
- Dealing with client questions and pre-travel by phone and email
- Arranging all specific seat and meal requests as received
- Taking payment and sending updated documentation for extra services arranged post-sales
- Working closely with the team to ensure consistently high standards of communication with clients

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and always customer orientated
- Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
- Skilled in handling client requests efficiently
- Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
