The role of CSP Home & Hygiene Manager is to co-design & execute the integrated category-brand-channel-customer strategy of our household cleaning business, delivering a set of strategic & financial objectives, in collaboration with Customers, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams. It is a trade role with significant contribution in the Home Care BU category strategic plans and part of the Home Care GR CSP team, reporting to the CSP Home Care Lead.
Main Accountabilities
- Acquire and co-develop Category Strategy by customer & channel
- Participate in annual IBP (Integrated Business Planning) to shape category strategy and priorities & then primarily craft the Trade Category plan
- Provide input in portfolio Business Cases & their execution plans
- Monitor category/brand market share, financial and execution [e.g. distribution], performance by customer & channel to address issues and opportunities.
- Set monthly/ quarterly/ yearly targets by category/ segment/ brand / channel/ customer
- Manage Consumer Promotional Plan budgets
- Set month targeting and monitors landing
- Take Sales input for category into Sales & Operations Planning moments
- Control short term activity plan into forecast and drive resolutions for planning issues.
- Responsible for Trade Category Plan execution by Customer Business Development teams, identifying risks, opportunities with gap filling initiatives
- Track promotional & pricing plan effectiveness & competitor dynamics
- Join customer facing front for key customer engagement moments in the year

Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing, at Post-Graduate level.
- 4+ years in either full or ideally mixed tenure in marketing, category management, customer activation or account management roles.
- Fluency in Greek & English.
