What Can You Expect
- Contribute to our robust Preconstruction team by winning bids and increasing the profitability of the company
- The Professional Scheduler is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project scheduling for construction projects.
- This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders including project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop and maintain comprehensive schedules that ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints.
- Cultivate strong relationships with our staff, clients, subcontractors, and business partners
- Develop and implement project schedules in coordination with project teams, taking into account scope, resources, and constraints.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to construction scheduling, and recommend improvements or innovations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What You Bring To The Table
- Experience within the Construction Industry
- Develop and maintain standardized scheduling procedures, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5-8 years scheduling experience preferred.
- Ability to recognize during job site visits, where there are schedule sequencing areas of concern and where sequencing improvements can occur.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, Project Sight and other similar software.
