Overview: We are seeking a skilled and creative Lead Architect to join our team. As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to turn conceptual ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Development: Develop architectural designs that meet client needs, project requirements, and building codes. Create drawings, blueprints, and models using CAD software.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints. Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback into final designs.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire architectural process from conception to completion. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques. Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles into architectural projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is proceeding according to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve design challenges and technical issues that may arise during the design and construction phases of projects.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors. Address client concerns and provide professional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Management: Building relationships with juniors and mentoring them when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
