ClearSource is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant with a strong knowledge of QuickBooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

What You Will Do As An Accountant

  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Track accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices
  • Perform regular bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in financial records
  • Calculate and process employee salaries, benefits, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with tax and labor laws
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to appropriate authorities
  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management
  • Provide financial data and insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Assist in creating and monitoring budgets to track company performance against financial goals
  • Complete all necessary month-end and year-end accounting processes
  • Prepare records for audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data

What ClearSource Needs from You

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an Accountantor in a related role
  • US GAAP experience required
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop and/or online versions) with hands-on experience in managing complex financial transactions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Solid understanding of intermediate accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accuracy in financial records
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with tax preparation and compliance is a plus
  • Must work on-site
