Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drafting of Agenda and Minutes of the Meetings and Annual Report Documents;
  • Convening board/committee and shareholder meetings and handling compliances thereto;
  • Compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and POSH, ROC and other statutory filings, maintenance of statutory registers;
  • Filing of annual returns of the Company;
  • Filing and renewal of NOCs and other statutory licenses;
  • Periodic inspections by IRDAI, PFRDA and other regulators, if applicable;
  • Drafting and vetting legal agreements;
  • Assist in preparation of Board & internal presentations;
  • Handling project/partner documentation etc.
