Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting of Agenda and Minutes of the Meetings and Annual Report Documents;
- Convening board/committee and shareholder meetings and handling compliances thereto;
- Compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and POSH, ROC and other statutory filings, maintenance of statutory registers;
- Filing of annual returns of the Company;
- Filing and renewal of NOCs and other statutory licenses;
- Periodic inspections by IRDAI, PFRDA and other regulators, if applicable;
- Drafting and vetting legal agreements;
- Assist in preparation of Board & internal presentations;
- Handling project/partner documentation etc.

- LLB with 4 – 8 years work experience, preferable in financial sector.
