Job Responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Source, negotiate & purchase products from both local & over sea vendors
  • Evaluate vendorâs quotation, ensure vendors fulfil project technical specs
  • Advise internal & external purchasing Terms & Conditions issues
  • Daily operational purchasing needs: planning, issuing & follow up Purchase Orders delivery, shipment schedules, etc
  • Resolve supply, quality, service & invoicing issues
  • Evaluate supplier performance: Quality standards, Delivery time & Best prices, etc
  • Implementing internal procurement strategies for high delivery & short lead time
  • Improving organization purchasing process
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing & supply contracts
  • Make professional decisions in fast-paced environment
  • Work with team members to complete duties as needed

Job Requirements

RequirementsÂ

  • Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Prefer Good Demand in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin speaking and writing is a MUST.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to multitask, prioritize, & manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to analyze problems & strategize for better solutions.
