Job Responsibility
- Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients, visitors, and employees
- Schedule appointments and manage the conference room calendar
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
Job Requirements
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the receptionist will play a key role in providing a positive first impression of our company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and should be able to handle a fast-paced work environment while multitasking effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and appearance
