Mosaic Factor is a Barcelona based startup with currently 12 employees. We were founded in April of 2016 by an agile development believer, a technology guru, and a sustainability dreamer who had a vision to exploit the power of data to improve the lives of others. Our software-as-a-service products help understanding and improving flows of people and goods, respect people privacy and business sensitivity and soon develop more robust and fair AI. What You’ll Do

As a Junior Innovation Project Manager, you’ll be the ultimate responsible for the project success, smoothing any issue and managing timing and deadlines, dealing with different interests, personalities, and priorities. The ability to understand different perspectives, different terminology, and sometimes even different accents and expressions is a skill that will be essential as well as developed through the years. Once you are familiar with the context, you will contribute from the organisational and technical perspective in writing proposals and offers. You will soon become the final responsible for the project outcomes, ensuring alignment of product deliveries with expected impact.

0+ years of successful experience in management of H2020 or HE project (related to SW or data)Master’s degree in Software or AI/Data Engineering, with good knowledge of software architecture, AI, and data scienceExperience on Horizon Europe projects and/or proposals would be considered a plusStrong network at European level will be positively evaluatedEuropean Citizen or with a valid permanent European working VISAExperience with either Automotive, Mobility, and Supply Chain would be considered a plusIf you think you are a good match for this position, then let us know about you and send us your CV: ******
