Obectives Of The Assignment

• This mission will provide the opportunity for a Next Gen talent to contribute developing an operational base to support the business in the UK – one of our strategic key markets for Parfums Christian Dior. You will contribute to foster stronger connections between the UK market and Central, between the Maison and Shared Service Center, in the building of stronger Direct to Consumer (DTC) practices.
• Depending of your profile & preferences, you will in a role which is 70% demand planning and 30% warehouse performance optimization.

About The Working Environment

• Role in Demand Planning or Warehouse Performance Optimization.
• Team of 20 people in Operations, including 6 in Demand & Supply Planning.
• Office in Central London, High Street Kensington, shared with various departments in a multicultural environment.
• Collaboration with Dior’s community, ranked #1 in the UK luxury market.

Job responsibilities

• Optimize Dior demand planning using forecasting.
• Review and update forecasts for products based on performance, trends, and inventory strategies.
• Monitor prediction methods and performance reports.
• Manage POSM consumption and corrective actions.
• Provide continuous process improvement and cost optimization.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize obsolescence.

Profile

BASIC REQUIREMENT

• Master degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proactive, autonomous, and a team player.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in Excel and SAP (PowerBI is a plus).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Supply Chain, Production, or Demand Planning in Luxury or FMCG Industry.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
• Adaptability to diverse cultural environments.
