Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to take the lead in driving successful implementation of clinical application solutions, from the initial planning phase through to full deployment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are executed seamlessly, meeting both the clients’ expectations and internal standards. As the Implementation Lead, you will be a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align resources, define project objectives, manage expectations, and ensure the seamless integration of our solutions into client operations. You will lead discussions, facilitate decision-making, and guide teams through obstacles. Your ability to problem-solve, manage risks, and ensure quality execution will directly impact client satisfaction and the organization’s reputation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex implementations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be proactive in identifying issues before they arise, finding solutions quickly, and making adjustments as necessary. Ultimately, your role will be central in ensuring that our clients experience a smooth and successful implementation journey, while also improving internal processes and efficiency.
Responsibility Description:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of client implementations, ensuring the timely and successful deployment of solutions.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, managing client expectations and ensuring clear communication.
- Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to address potential issues or delays.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, identifying any challenges and offering solutions.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction throughout the entire implementation process.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain project documentation, tracking progress and ensuring all tasks are completed according to established procedures
- Strong project management skills preferred
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, overseeing complex client implementations
- Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and solve problems proactively.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering client satisfaction.
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing and fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable communicating directly with physicians, practice operations, revenue cycle, and external vendors, required.
- Experience working with specialty practices a plus.
