  • Reception and handling of mail;
  • Customer and supplier service
  • Room booking and management;
  • Call answering and forwarding;
  • Support and assistance in event preparation;
  • IT infrastructure management and maintenance.

To Apply For This Position, You Should Have

  • Secondary education and/or professional course in administration;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Responsible and resilient;
  • Strong communication skills and dynamism;
  • Ability to build relationships easily;
  • Open and global mindset.
