Roles And Responsibilities

Inspection and testing:

  • Identify and Establish CTQ [Critical To Quality], CTP [Critical To Product] parameters, and Quality Assurance Plan [QAP]
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Use precision measurement tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and functionality.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.

Problem Solving And Improvement

  • Identify defects or non-conformities in products and processes through root cause analysis.
  • Implement Correction C corrective actions (CA) to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality problems and enhance processes.

Compliance And Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, inspection results, and non-conformance issues.
  • Communicate quality-related issues and performance trends to management and other stakeholders.

Collaboration And Training

  • Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide training and guidance on quality control procedures and best practices to production staff.

Skills

  • Knowledge of quality control principles and manufacturing processes specific to refrigeration system manufacture.
  • Proficiency in using measurement instruments and quality control software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise them effectively.

Working Conditions
