HR Analyst & Technology Specialist

OTO Development is pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for an HR Analyst & Technology Specialist. This position is based full-time on site in our Spartanburg, SC corporate office. Hybrid, remote and relocation assistance is not available for this position.

What will you be doing most days?

• Provide technical business support and expertise for leveraging UKG and other HR technologies to enable and optimize HR processes across the company
• Collaborate with HR Process Owners, Payroll, Finance, IT and Operations to gather functional requirements and translate them into system configurations to meet critical business needs
• Identify opportunities using HRIS analytics to assist with tracking and reporting of the system
• Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics and KPIs.
• Work on special projects dealing with new initiatives and tracking such projects and reporting them back to leadership
• Compile data through our BI/HRM and assist with business improvement processes, notifications, shared reports, etc.
• Assist with various reports for turnover and other HR metrics
• Assist with roll out and implementation of new software, HR processes, and new UKG modules or system enhancements

What are the requirements for this position?

• You have a bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college /university
• You have at least five (5) years of combined experience with Business Technologies, Human Resources, IT and/or Project Management
• Must be able to demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Have proficient skills using SharePoint and other Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented, accurate and timely
• You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• You have an entrepreneurial spirited and you are always looking for ways to improve processes
• Experience using UKG Pro WFM is preferred.

Physical Requirements For This Position

You must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates.

Travel Requirements

This position may require up to 25% travel. Travel is outside the local area and overnight.
