Store Manager – Cornuda Italy

For our Outlet Store in Cornuda (Treviso province) we are now looking for brilliant and motivated Store Manager. As an MMG® Store Manager we want you to mirror our values while attaining the objectives in terms of sales and business growth and delivering unparalleled customer service. We count on you to offer the full brand experience to our consumers, develop the team’s potential and supervise all the operations of the store to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency. Part of your experience in joining MMG includes specific product knowledge and sales techniques training and day-to-day shadowing. Your role as a Store Manager will be crucial as part of the store’s success on a day-to-day basis.

• Managing your team (up to 5 people)
• Coaching, leading and developing your team to ensure a superior customer experience
• Achieving KPI’s, sales targets and results
• Producing reports and analysis
• Managing inbound and outbound inventory flows
• Ensuring the maintenance of high presentation standards including the respect of visual merchandising guidelines
• Embodying and transmitting with passion the company DNA through the finest product knowledge
• Advise customers
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines

?? The Perfect Match

The perfect candidate is a / has:

• mountain and outdoor lover with a strong connection to alpinism, trekking and/or outdoor life
• strong team player with the otaku for inspiring people
• self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• minimum 2-3 years of experience in sport/lifestyle retail
• flexible and available to work full-time

A good knowledge of the English language both written and spoken as well as a good handling of the main MS Office applications Word, Excel and Power Point complete the profile. Knowledge of French is considered a plus.

• Place of Work: Cornuda ITALY
• FULL TIME/PART TIME: Full Time, 40h/week. Availability to work on some Sundays as well as on selected festive days will be required. Starting wage for the position is 31.5K€ + meal ticket + yearly variable bonus upon objectives.
