Our Jr Admissions Representative is responsible for providing high-quality support to potential clients by responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues. There is no cold calling or outbound sales, all contacts have previously reached out to us. You will be the point of contact and work with a supportive team to ensure that customers receive a positive admissions experience and that their needs are met in a timely and effective manner. You are the first point of contact for people looking for assistance with substance abuse or mental health and will support the admissions process.

About The Job
- Call and answer customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and situation. Provide a welcoming and supportive connection for all potential clients
- Complete initial intake to determine eligibility and transfer to Sr. Admission agent to solve complex issues and complete enrollment process
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in CRM
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to quality, productivity and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your customer service skills and knowledge of company products and policies
About You
- 1-2 years in customer service in food service, retail, hospitality, or sales. Previous call center experience is not required!
- Previous experience with SUD or Mental Health industry are encouraged to apply!
- High School Diploma
- Strong spelling and grammar skills
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, trusting and empathetic tone
- Experience and competent in one or more of the following programs: Salesforce, Outlook, Facebook messenger, YouTube messenger, Yelp, Instagram
- 12 months of sobriety, if you have personal experience with rehab

Location: In-Office Position | Office located in Santa Ana, CA
Job Type: Full-time with Benefits
Pay: Starting rate $19.00. Increase to $20.00 Per Hour at 90 days. Advancement available based on both time and performance.
