What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews and assessment centers, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Assist in the preparation of job offers and facilitate the onboarding process
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are properly documented

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Experience with ClearCo ATS is a plus
