What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate clinical employee schedules based on patient needs and clinical direction
• Respond to emergency calls and adjust schedules as necessary
• Ensure timely communication of patient changes to relevant Home Health employees
• Complete required reports and documentation promptly
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Clinical Supervisors to meet patient needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED; advanced education is desirable
• Experience in a Home Health environment or with a temporary staffing agency is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background is desirable
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Previous experience in scheduling or coordination within a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
