The Executive Administrative Assistant is a highly visible position responsible for supporting the Head of Sales and the Head of National Strategic Accounts at Siemens Healthineers. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient operation within the department.
This role can be performed remotely from any location in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to executives.
- Produce, proof, and edit complex correspondences.
- Compile and analyze complex information for reports and prepare presentations.
- Process highly confidential and critical information with discretion.
- Maintain filing systems, handle mail sorting, and distribute information effectively.
- Assist with departmental budget tracking and resolve discrepancies through research.
- Act as a liaison for facilities and IT helpdesk issues.
- Manage expense reports and purchase requisitions; follow up on payments and reimbursements.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and arrange travel logistics.
- Organize meetings, reserve conference rooms and equipment, and coordinate catering services.
- Serve as an information resource on organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate special projects and departmental activities as needed.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced skills in Excel and experience in calendar management and expense reporting.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at interfacing with personnel at all levels.
- Capable of performing with general instruction on new assignments and minimal direction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of vocational/technical training or an Associate’s degree required.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
- 5+ years of experience in senior or executive support roles.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The base pay range for this position is
Min $81,000 – Max $121,400
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.??
