Your new role

As a System Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include proactively monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure assets, ensuring the vulnerability management of network and endpoint assets, and installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

You will also serve as an escalation point for infrastructure and security services, participate in the design of information and operational support systems, and create and maintain technical documentation. Additionally, you will provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex technical issues.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Experience with VMware ESXi, Virtual servers and Windows Server
  • Cloud experience-Azure and AWS
  • Previous experience with Exchange / Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Previous exposure to Veeam and PTRG
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Switches and Routers
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
