We deliver high quality chiropractic care, physical medicine, and rehabilitation services for personal injury patients.
Duties
Practice Management & Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of two clinic locations (Homestead & Hialeah).
- Ensure new patient leads are contacted and scheduled immediately upon referral.
- Maintain patient compliance and improve show rates through effective scheduling and follow-ups.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure the clinic is properly staffed while controlling payroll costs.
- Supervise front desk operations and ensure all patient intake and insurance verification processes run smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with PIP regulations, medical documentation, and attorney communication requirements.
Attorney & Personal Injury Case Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the clinic and attorneys, case managers, and insurance adjusters.
- Oversee the management of PIP claims, treatment plans, and medical documentation required for personal injury cases.
- Ensure attorneys receive regular updates on patient treatment progress and compliance.
- Address attorney inquiries regarding billing, medical records, and treatment necessity.
Billing & Insurance Compliance
- Work closely with the billing team to ensure proper PIP billing and claim submission.
- Handle insurance verification, authorization, and PIP claim disputes.
- Monitor outstanding PIP claims and assist in resolving claim denials or payment delays.
Staff Leadership & Development
- Hire, train, and supervise front office and administrative staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and staff training to ensure compliance with clinic policies.
- Implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
- Lead team meetings to address challenges, process updates, and staff concerns.
Requirements:
- Must have Minimum of 3 years managing a chiropractic, physical medicine, or rehabilitation clinic
- Hands-on experience working with personal injury patients and attorneys
- In-depth knowledge of PIP (Personal Injury Protection) billing, medical documentation, claims, compliance requirements, and case management
- Ability to oversee multi-location operations (Homestead & Hialeah clinics)
- Experience managing front office staff, scheduling, and optimizing workflow to increase patient compliance
- A track record of improving patient show rates and reducing no-shows
- Strong leadership skills to oversee staff performance, hiring, and training

Salary:
- $70k with potential for more depending on experience
