The KPI Institute is a leading research organization focused on business performance across various domains. We’re launching a new project, the Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS), which integrates management science with social sciences to explore personal management systems.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Research Quality Assurance to ensure our research reports are accurate, complete, and reliable. You’ll review reports, provide feedback, and help maintain high standards for our research output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Reviews: Guide researchers, track review tasks, and communicate the review process.
  • Quality Checks: Review research reports for accuracy, identify issues, and suggest improvements.
  • Document: Keep records of the review process and feedback.
  • Improve Systems: Evaluate and enhance the quality assurance system.
  • Learn & Share: Participate in learning opportunities and share knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in research, analysis, or quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
