About The Role

As an Accounts Receivable Officer within the Debt Management Team, you will be responsible for executing debt recovery processes, managing notices, and ensuring accurate data entry to support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run debt management notices and execute RTS (Return to Sender) processes
  • Conduct ad hoc debt recovery duties as required
  • Perform high-volume data entry with precision and efficiency
  • Utilise MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and communication
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial policies
  • Research and collect relevant financial data to support decision-making
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding debt recovery processes
  • Work within strict deadlines while managing workload effectively
  • Adapt quickly to new systems and processes as required

About You

  • Proven experience in debt management and accounts receivable
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work efficiently
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing work requirements
  • Strong research and data collection skills to support financial decision-making
