We have an opportunity available for a Sales Manager to work within our Hubert Canada Sales Team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving growth through national account sales, managing a team to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue goals, and contract retention, while aligning with organizational strategies. This role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to create long-term, sustainable customer relationships.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the managed accounts sales team to achieve revenue goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expand sales within managed accounts.
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for both the company and customers.
  • Partner with the marketing team to align campaigns and initiatives that support customer needs.
  • Drive alignment with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure resource optimization and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to assess performance and make strategic adjustments.
  • Lead team development, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with departments such as finance, HR, and legal.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Oversee performance management, ensuring that team members meet objectives and contribute to growth.

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of national account leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven success managing executive-level relationships and growing national accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel.
