Role DefinitionĀ 

The Digital Marketing Manager will strategize, lead, and manage digital marketing initiatives to achieve company and client objectives while fostering strong client relationships and ensuring team efficiency.Ā 

ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online presence and brand awareness.Ā Ā 
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.Ā Ā 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.Ā Ā 
  • Build strong client relationships and tailor strategies to meet their objectives.Ā Ā 
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution.Ā Ā 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.Ā Ā 
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing channels.Ā Ā 
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.Ā Ā 
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients.Ā Ā

Skills, Knowledge, and ExperienceĀ 

  • Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, leadership, analytical mindset, and proficiency in digital marketing tools.Ā Ā 
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and industry best practices.Ā Ā 
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in digital marketing with proven success in campaigns and client management. Leadership and team management experience required.Ā 

QualificationsĀ 

  • Bachelorā€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Ā 
  • Proficiency in platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media tools.Ā 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends.Ā 
  • International Clients handling from Australia specially is perfered.
