We’re hiring a full-time Director, Business Development for our Homeownership Division.

Role

As the Director Business Development, you will play a crucial role in expanding programs that contribute to our mission. In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the primary liaison to key stakeholders, creating strong relationships, addressing customer service needs, and building program loyalty. Manage and coordinate the lender, realtor, and awareness advisory groups as well as the Homeownership Fellow Program.
  • Strategize with the Communications & Marketing team to develop social media plans and consumer-facing campaigns that promote homeownership and enhance engagement. Coordinate outbound communications that aligns with the brand’s vision, provide clarity to stakeholders and support program development.
  • Develop training materials that communicate NH Housing’s offerings to stakeholders, customizing content as needed. Lead training sessions to support partner and staff development in partnership with other department leadership.
  • Represent NH Housing at the MBBA, Board of Realtors, training sessions, conferences, and other industry events, including travel as needed to engage with stakeholders.

Your Experience, Skills, And Education Should Include

  • Supervisory or managerial experience, including project and task planning, delegation, monitoring, coaching, and strong people management and team-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending, including mortgage programs. and mortgage marketing regulations.
  • Experience with Encompass preferred.
  • Education: ten years relevant work experience, Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time.

Starting Pay: $83,800 – $104,800, dependent on relevant experience
