Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing excellent support to both employees and management. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations and collecting necessary documentation.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies by ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR meetings.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Enter and update timecards for hourly employees in the HRIS system.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing company culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software (Rippling is a plus).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
