What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist with the management and planning for the health equity accreditation process
- Serve as the liaison between the Equity Office and Quality Management department
- Review, develop, and deliver components of the accreditation project plan
- Develop and administer a culturally and linguistically appropriate services (CLAS) program
- Conduct analysis to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into governance processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, program coordination, team facilitation, or data analysis
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Health Administration, or Human Resources
- 1 year of experience in accreditation or regulatory compliance, and DEI/Health Equity/Population Health
- 1 year of strong experience in Excel functions and PowerPoint presentation development, including graph/chart functions
