What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage client communications and expectations as the primary point of contact during implementation
- Define and execute implementation projects, ensuring completion of deliverables and coordination of staffing
- Develop and deliver training to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with Product Management to balance product vision and customer needs
- Present project statuses to the executive team and ensure accurate documentation for Development and QA teams
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience managing complex software projects, including client-facing projects
- Proven experience implementing SaaS and/or enterprise software applications
- Strong understanding of technology, including sFTP, APIs, file formats, and integrations
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project

- Experience in the specialty pharmacy industry
- Agile software development experience
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to deliver outstanding presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus among diverse viewpoints
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
