What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage client communications and expectations as the primary point of contact during implementation
• Define and execute implementation projects, ensuring completion of deliverables and coordination of staffing
• Develop and deliver training to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with Product Management to balance product vision and customer needs
• Present project statuses to the executive team and ensure accurate documentation for Development and QA teams

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience managing complex software projects, including client-facing projects
• Proven experience implementing SaaS and/or enterprise software applications
• Strong understanding of technology, including sFTP, APIs, file formats, and integrations
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project

• Experience in the specialty pharmacy industry
• Agile software development experience
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to deliver outstanding presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus among diverse viewpoints
