Role Summary
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a HORECA Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café sector. You will represent our portfolio of tobacco and nicotine products, ensuring distribution, visibility, and availability in key HORECA outlets.

Accountabilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the HORECA sector.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts, building and maintaining strong business relationships with decision-makers.
- Conduct regular visits to HORECA outlets to promote products, provide product training, and gather market insights.
- Negotiate and execute contracts and agreements with HORECA partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including responsible marketing practices.
Experience, Skills, Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Experience in the HORECA sector is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
