What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support Employee Services in OFCCP/AAP reporting, I-9 compliance, and pre-employment services
- Manage assigned projects and programs, ensuring strategic goals and deadlines are met
- Conduct compliance audits and generate reports with policy recommendations
- Identify potential non-compliance issues and work towards resolution
- Collaborate with administration teams on process reviews and content maintenance
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR, compliance, legal, or audit
- Experience in HR compliance and reporting
- Knowledge of OFCCP/AAP compliance and reporting
- Familiarity with Canadian labor laws is a plus

- Experience working with Workday and ServiceNow administration
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in continuous improvement processes
