What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support Employee Services in OFCCP/AAP reporting, I-9 compliance, and pre-employment services
• Manage assigned projects and programs, ensuring strategic goals and deadlines are met
• Conduct compliance audits and generate reports with policy recommendations
• Identify potential non-compliance issues and work towards resolution
• Collaborate with administration teams on process reviews and content maintenance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR, compliance, legal, or audit
• Experience in HR compliance and reporting
• Knowledge of OFCCP/AAP compliance and reporting
• Familiarity with Canadian labor laws is a plus
