What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide excellent customer service to field operators throughout the hiring process
• Field calls and tickets from operators via a centralized support center
• Offer ATS technical support for operators completing the recruitment and onboarding process
• Provide Level 1 support for background check tickets via the First Advantage and Checkr systems
• Participate in system and technology testing as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1-3 years in an administrative and/or customer service role
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Strong problem-solving aptitude
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist others
• Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in a technical support role
• Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes
• Experience using ATS systems
