Sr. Business Analyst

Job Summary –

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a proven track record of working with international clients. As a Senior Business Analyst at LeewayHertz, you will play a key role in understanding client requirements, defining project scope, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with international clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and translate them into business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional requirements documents (FRDs).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and prioritize user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and elicit feedback.
• Identify and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Candidate Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
• Experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and other documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.
• Location – Gurgaon /Delhi/NCR
