We’re currently expanding our team and looking for Senior Branch Administrator to join us in delivering quality service to our customers.
Position Available: Senior Branch Administrator
Location: Adelaide
About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage incoming and outgoing communications, provide exceptional customer service, and direct administrative activities in the office while learning and growing their experience in the transport and logistics industry. Key Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and perform data entry for freight and linehaul management to assist with weekly report generation and follow-up tasks
- Follow up on connote audit reports and complete relevant action
- Manage day to day workflow, act as a escalation point, and resolving conflicts for a team of rough 5 administrators.
- Direct and engage with accounts payable and receivable administration support, while also providing support for payroll administration team
- Provide support to administration team for pricing constraints
- Provide training to administration team as required
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist vendors and customers with queries and bookings as required to assist customer service teams while handling the communication to customers regarding freight
Skills And Experience
- Several year experience in a similar senior role with knowledge of freight processing and administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience in leadership/team management, ideally operating as a team leaders, managing workflow, acting as a escalation point, resolving conflicts and interacting with senior leadership.
- Experience in the Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain industry preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
- Strong verbal and written communication, as admins often interact with various stakeholders
- Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations
