A busy, successful, fast-paced civil defense litigation firm handling high value cases is looking for an experienced litigation paralegal to support its personal injury and construction law practice groups.
Our ideal paralegal must be able to manage court deadlines, handle day-to-day litigation processes from complaint filing all the way through trial.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
Prior Experience Regarding The Following
Written discovery.
Summarizing medical records
Construction Defect matters
Case Management Order discovery
Preparing trial document
Prepare/serve subpoenas.
Summarizing of deposition transcripts
Required
Paralegal Certificate
Salary: Compensation based upon experience.
Experience: 1-4+ years
Full Time/ hybrid schedule.
