Understanding local government will be a plus. Your mission will be to drive employee engagement by fostering a sense of community within our workforce.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a proven leader in employee engagement, with a strong background in HR management and organizational development and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You excel at building partnerships that drive success, engaging staff at all levels, and fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where employee engagement is paramount. Your strategic mindset and consultative approach will be key to navigating complex challenges and driving positive change across our organization.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, you must have a four-year degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least five years of recent, leadership-level or high-level project management experience in employee engagement. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
