The Role

We’re seeking a passionate Brand Executive to elevate our brand activities and engage our fashion-conscious, eco-minded audience. You’ll support the Brand team in executing innovative, results-driven campaigns and managing brand communications. Working closely with creative, marketing, and product teams, as well as external partners, you’ll help deliver impactful campaigns across channels and markets. Your brand mindset, customer focus, and passion for sustainable fashion will be key to building loyalty and ensuring a consistent brand voice.

What You’ll Do

  • Support brand strategy & execution – Help develop and implement brand initiatives that enhance awareness and customer engagement.
  • Support project coordination across various stakeholders including internal teams and external partners such as influencers and agencies
  • Assist in campaign development – collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and Content
  • Marketing Manager to ensure the smooth execution of brand campaigns and all related assets.
  • Collaborate on partnerships – support influencer, ambassador, and brand collaboration initiatives.
  • Analyze & report performance – Track brand performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor trends & competitors – stay updated on fashion, sustainability, and e-commerce trends to keep our brand fresh and competitive.
  • Assist in managing contracts and invoicing for marketing initiatives.
  • Content & storytelling – contribute to compelling brand stories, social media content, and marketing materials.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, advertising agency or a similar role (fashion or e-commerce experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with social media, content creation, and brand partnerships.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with a keen eye for detail and a strong drive for results.
  • A passion for fashion, sustainability, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
