Assistant Manager

• Update progress and MIS reports to reporting manager.
• Periodically review overall progress of work in line with KRAs.
• Work in coordination with other departments at the site.
• Work towards zero NC (Non-compliance) and resolve at the earliest, if any.

Principle Accountabilities

Strategic

• Monitoring, coordination & execution of electrical installation activities related to BOP & Common area for erection & commissioning in line with the schedule date of synchronization of that unit.

Operational

• Smooth and timely erection & commissioning of plant through coordination of relevant teams from Project and Generation.
• Ensure that Quality as per Quality Plans & Safety as per safety guidelines.

People Development & Growth

• Enable capability development of self & team members through knowledge sharing sessions.
• Undergoing training required for self-development and share with other members.

Qualifications

Experience Total: With Degree : 9 + Years

With Diploma: 13 + Years

Essential Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical

Should have hands-on exposure of Erection, testing & Commissioning of Electrical System & equipment’s of power projects like LT/HT Switchgear, Power & Distribution Transformers, Generators, Motors, Switchyard equipment’s, DC System & VFD’s etc.
