Role Description
As the Content Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our content strategy, creating and managing impactful content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and other thought leadership pieces. In addition, you will take ownership of Recom’s social media strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with Recom’s business goals and demand-generation objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to create high-value, insightful content, including marketing emails, case studies, eBooks, whitepapers, and webinars tailored to target audiences.
- Write and publish 2-4 blogs per month to drive engagement and capture leads.
- Develop and execute the social media strategy, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring performance metrics. Collaborate with the creative team to produce graphic and visual assets, while writing all social media content to ensure consistency and engagement.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics such as engagement, lead generation, and ROI, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follows best practices to enhance visibility and organic reach.
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
- Coordinate with Growth Marketing team members to ensure a cohesive brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform content development and strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing or a similar role, with a focus on B2B and eCommerce industries.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with examples of high-quality, impactful content.
- Hands-on experience with social media, including strategy, platform management, execution, and analytics.
- Analytical skills with the ability to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, and content distribution platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the Marketplace Accelerator space is highly preferred but not required.
- Experience working with Amazon or other online marketplaces is a strong plus.
