Raintree School is Missouri’s first and only Reggio Emilia inspired forest school serving the primary grades. We are looking for a talented Director of Admissions and Community Outreach to design and implement student recruiting strategies and engage with our local community.

Director of Admissions and Community Outreach responsibilities include designing, implementing and monitoring recruitment procedures from sourcing to enrollment, implementing effective branding strategies, and community engagement. If you have previous experience in a senior recruiting position and know how to build a strong brand, we would love to meet you! Ultimately, you will help us grow our school and carry out our unique mission.

• Initial Lead Contact
• Info Request Replies
• Leads Follow-up
• Internal and External Community Event Organization
• School Tours
• Internal Publications

Director of Admissions and Community Outreach Skills

• Proven work experience in student recruitment
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and branding initiatives
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social media)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams and external partners)
• Adobe Suite and other related software tools
• Bachelors or Masters in Marketing or Advertising a plus
