Job Duties
- Support the business implementation and configuration of both Connect and Webshops.
- Provide frontline internal “Super User” support for Connect systems.
- Conduct training for new customer account teams on Connect and Webshop (back-end) as required.
- Manage the IT helpdesk, addressing issues raised by customer account teams.
- Configure portal systems for new customers and assist with ongoing system updates and enhancements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for LINK staff reporting web portal issues affecting BAU (Business-As-Usual) activities (non-technical errors).
- Collaborate with the IT Platform Content Manager to:
- Regularly drive and promote new content across account teams.
- Refresh customer portals with articles, innovations, products, and catalogs.
- Review customer ordering platforms for new product orders, sharing key product content to drive demand across other markets.
- Build and maintain an extensive library of products and informational content across all customer platforms.
- Support the creation of “order windows” in LINK platforms to boost orders across Bottler clients.
- Manage and modernize the look and feel of customer portals.
- Assist the LINK Technology Team with scoping requirements and testing new Connect functionality.

- Experience in website administration.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong understanding of content management or a background in marketing.
- Proven business process acumen.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with LINK staff and external customers.
