Job Summary

The Marketing Trainer will be responsible for delivering the company’s pre-designed training program to new marketing employees, starting from their first day of training. The role focuses on ensuring new hires are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and techniques to succeed in their roles. The trainer will conduct hands-on field coaching, monitor progress, and assess performance, all while adhering to the company’s established marketing training framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate structured training sessions based on the company’s established marketing training program.
  • Conduct hands-on training, including ride-alongs, to reinforce classroom learning in real-world scenarios.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to new hires to ensure they meet company standards within their first 30 days in the field.
  • Monitor new hire performance and provide actionable feedback to help employees improve and succeed.
  • Ensure all new hires adhere to the company’s policies, best practices, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Marketing Director to ensure training execution aligns with company goals.
  • Travel to various office locations (Grawn, Petoskey, Cadillac, etc.) to conduct training sessions.

Compensation Plan

Base Salary: $50,000 – $75,000 (based on experience, skills, and bonus structure)

Bonus Structure

  • Incentive-based bonus tied to the performance of new hires during their first 30 days in the field.
