We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in order entry or a related field, a strong work ethic, and a passion for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders into our system in a timely manner.
- Verify order information for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain organized records of orders and customer interactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of order entry procedures.
