Job Description
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Installing operating system software, patches, and upgrades
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system hardware, software, and networking issues
- Configuring, optimizing, fine-tuning, and monitoring operating system software and hardware
- Performing system backups and recovery
- Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for conducting server host and virtual machine builds on prem and cloud environments.
- Providing Systems Administrator support to systems hosting complex operational databases, software configuration control, and system interfaces for computer systems.
- Troubleshooting and documenting systems anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance.
- VTC Systems Management and Troubleshooting. Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA with 3+ years experience. Significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum of a DoD Top Secret clearance is required.
- Security+ Certification
- DOD IAT Lvl2 or equivalent
- Directorate IT Support (IMO Provisioning and Managing Active Directory Accounts SIPR/NIPR Manage Entitlements and ACTCS accounts System Support and maintenance (Imaging, Touch Labor)).
- VTC Systems Management and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and MS Teams with ability to edit and design.
- Experience organizing data, establishing file structures, and ensuring information is captured and stored in locations accessible to authorized users.
- Experience conducting assessments to baseline KM processes, taxonomy structures and architecture, technology, tools, and capabilities.
- Experience with cloud-based computing systems.
