Job Description

We are hiring for an early-stage agri-tech company. Its AI-driven mobile platform combines microclimate and crop disease genetics to seamlessly handhold the farmer right from sowing seeds all the way

through harvest. It proactively helps farmers navigate climate-risk across crop-cycles by guiding them with plant-specific weather insights and timely fertigation advice to optimize yield per acre.

Education

  • Agriculture Graduate
  • Additionally, certificate courses in agriculture will be preferred.
  • Proper ability in MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Work experience

  • 5 to 7 years in Agro Chemical sales/Agri tech sales/Agri loan/insurance sales

Work experience

  • Not over 40

Language

  • Marathi, Hindi, English

Language

  • Overall Business development in Western Maharashtra
  • Sales enquiry generation, product demonstration and sales closure with
  • FPO/Agri Co-op/NGO/Input dealer/Farmer group or any other B2B entity.
  • Managing ‘Rural Entrepreneur’ (RE) channel on behalf of the company
  • Channel management shall include recruitment of RE,
  • providing them product training, managing daily productivity of RE
  • Revenue generation and collection
  • Daily sales and revenue reporting to the reporting authority

Remuneration

  • 6 to 7 lacs per year
