The Director of Organizational Performance and Compensation will play a key role in shaping strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee performance, and total rewards. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role will lead the development and execution of performance management frameworks and compensation programs that align with Propio’s global objectives and business priorities. This leader will collaborate across functions and regions to ensure a consistent and impactful approach to performance and rewards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive performance management framework that drive accountability, development, and results.
  • Partner with business leaders to set performance metrics, align goals with business strategies, and monitor progress.
  • Utilize analytics and insights to evaluate organizational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure the organization remains competitive and aligned with industry trends.
  • Develop performance-based pay strategies that reward excellence and align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to integrate compensation strategies into broader total rewards and employee value proposition initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain governance processes to ensure consistency and fairness in performance and compensation practices.
  • Lead a team of professionals to execute compensation and performance initiatives effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Proven experience in compensation strategy, performance management, and organizational effectiveness, ideally within a global organization.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing performance frameworks and compensation structures that drive results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across regions, functions, and levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
